About Tabillo
What is Tabillo?
Tabillo is a cross-product roadmap planner for cross-functional teams. It gives product, engineering, and leadership teams a shared view of all initiatives across every product — with AI Intelligence powered by Claude, Jira integration, and flexible Timeline and List views.
Who is Tabillo designed for?
Tabillo is built for organisations managing roadmaps across multiple products or business units — technology companies, healthcare organisations, financial services firms, government agencies, retail businesses, higher education institutions, and marketing teams.
How is Tabillo different from Jira?
Jira is an issue and sprint tracker. Tabillo is a strategic roadmap planner. Tabillo sits above Jira — you plan your roadmap in Tabillo, then push initiatives directly to Jira as Epics, Stories, or Tasks. Your team keeps working in Jira while leadership has a clean cross-product roadmap view in Tabillo.
How is Tabillo different from tools like Aha! or ProductPlan?
Tabillo is purpose-built for cross-product roadmap planning with deep AI Intelligence built in from day one. Unlike Aha! (a broad product management suite) or ProductPlan (focused on visual roadmaps), Tabillo combines Gantt and List views, a full dashboard, audit and comment logs, dependency tracking, and Claude-powered insights — with a free unlimited-user plan and no per-seat fees.
Pricing & Plans
Is Tabillo free to use?
Yes. Tabillo has a Free plan available during a limited early-access period at $0 per month with no credit card required. It includes initiative management, Timeline and List views, AI Intelligence (capped), unlimited users, and PNG/PDF export. Pro and Enterprise plans are coming soon.
How many users can I add to my workspace?
Tabillo supports unlimited users on all plans including the Free plan. There are three roles: Viewer (read-only), Editor (create and edit initiatives, add comments), and Admin (full access including settings and user management).
What is coming in Pro and Enterprise plans?
Pro will include unlimited AI usage, the ability to bring your own AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, or OpenRouter), and priority support. Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, SLA guarantees, custom domains, dedicated support, and white-glove onboarding. Both are coming soon — contact us at support@tabillo.com to be notified.
AI Intelligence
How does AI Intelligence work in Tabillo?
Tabillo's AI Intelligence is powered by Claude (Anthropic). It currently generates per-initiative PM suggestions, risks, data insights, and user stories. Coming soon: Roadmap Health Score (0–100 with risk analysis), Ask (streaming Q&A from your roadmap data), and Digest (weekly AI summary ready to share with leadership).
What AI providers does Tabillo support?
Tabillo uses Claude (Anthropic) as its built-in AI provider. Pro and Enterprise plans will allow you to bring your own API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, or OpenRouter — giving you full control over model choice and cost.
Is my roadmap data used to train AI models?
No. Your workspace roadmap data and initiative content is not used to train any AI models. Tabillo is a member of Anthropic's Development Partner Program — only development-session interactions (not customer workspace data) may be shared with Anthropic as disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
Features & Integrations
What views does Tabillo offer?
Tabillo offers a Timeline View (Gantt-style, quarterly grid, grouped by product and sub-product), a List View (table-based hierarchy), and a Dashboard (initiative stats, status and classification charts, recent activity and comments feed). All views share the same filter bar and support PNG, PDF, and PowerPoint export.
Can I customise the roadmap hierarchy and labels?
Yes. Admins can rename every level of the hierarchy to match their organisation — for example "Function & Teams" or "Product & Sub-Product". Products and sub-products can be reordered and relabelled. Custom statuses, classifications, and tags can all be configured with custom colours and icons.
Does Tabillo integrate with Jira?
Yes. Tabillo integrates with Jira Cloud. You can push initiatives directly to Jira as Epics, Stories, or Tasks — with context auto-generated from your roadmap. Your team keeps working in Jira while the roadmap stays in Tabillo as the single source of truth. More integrations are planned.
What export formats does Tabillo support?
Tabillo supports PNG, PDF, and PowerPoint export for both Timeline and List views — making it easy to share roadmaps with leadership, board members, or external stakeholders in the format they prefer.
